On August 24 2013 I had unprotected oral from a street worker 3 days later I had a tingle in my penis not constant though and then raw red skin appeared but lasted less then a week I have tested for chlamydia , syphilis , ghonnoreha & hiv I haven't been ejaculating like I was I used to shoot out and know it just comes out like it don't want too what can this be I'm really scared what other stds should I test for thank you very much hope someone can help me there was also a time where I would pee a lot and not I rarely have to pee

Overall your risk was low and see no reason to be concerned with a STD based on exposure and symptoms. Follow up with a Dr if concerned.
