Strange symptoms

I had unprotected sex on March 12 with Female A.  Took 1.5G of azithromycin as precaution on March 13.  Had unprotected sex on March 16th with Female B, continued near daily until March 26th.

Now April 12th began having fullness in bladder, dull pain in the pelvic area, frequent urination, and lower back pain.

Any suggestions on these symptoms?  They do not seem to coincide 100% with anything.

It sounds like you have kidney stones, especially with the low back pain (I had similar symptoms and a small stone eventually showed up on ultrasound), but that would not rule out an STD.  You probably don't have NAAT available in Iraq but you also probably have access to antibiotics without having to go to a doctor.  I would ask a doctor for a shot of ceftriaxone, 2g of azithromycin and a 10 day course of doxycycline.  If that doesn't work, I would do moxifloxacin for 2-3 weeks, which would cover the mycoplasmas as well as prostatitis.

I'd be concerned about kidney stones actually from your testing.

should you get pain, be seen again for more testing.

follow up on your std testing at the proper times. when to test for what is listed in our read before posting post on the forum.

Should add no bacteria found in urinanalysis.

Just a final question on  this thread...

Saw MD today and did a urinanalysis:

High uric acid
Puss in urine
Small crystals present

He said that he believes it is a minor non-transmittable UTI and prescribed 500mg Cipro / 2 x day/ 5 days.  Told me to cut down on red meat intake to lower uric acid.

Does this seem accurate? Asking as this clinic is in Iraq and highly questionable.

Thanks!

No it does not sound like a STD, but I would have some basic testing like gonorrhea and chlamydia. I would also use condoms!!
