Symptoms Persist

About 1 1/2 months ago I went to a massage parlor in Asia, which wasn't very clean. A woman gave me a massage, and afterwards I asked for a "happy ending".  She said as long as I don't touch her, it's ok.  She gave me a hand job, with her clothes on, using the oil.  Only bodily fluids that could have touched my penis was from a runny nose she wiped a few times.  I thought this would be a very safe option, in regards to STDs.  Despite this I start to take antibiotics, just in case.  About a week later my penis starts to burn, with a slight clear discharge and I have side and back pain.  I get a urinalysis that says I have a slightly high bacteria count, which could account for a UTI.  I also got a DNA Gon/Chlamydia test, which came back negative.  I saw a urologist also, just in case. He puts me on Ofloxacin for a week.  After about a week I feel better.  My wife and I have sex, with her giving me oral sex.  Coincidentally, about 5-7 days later she starts to complain that her throat and ear are burning, and at the same time my symptoms return.  I received a swab test again for STD and negative, and a urinalysis, which says I have no bacterial infection.  I am worried I have passed something on to her. After returning to the urologist he prescribed Doxycyline and Ofloxacin, which diminished the pain for about a week, but then they returned. I feel extreme fatigue, swollen lymph nodes, and dizziness in combination to the previous symptoms.  So my questions are:
1. Could I have gotten a STD/STI from my encounter, if nasal fluid was on her hand?
2. Could my wife have a STD from oral sex with me?
3. Why hasn't the antibiotics worked thus far, after several attempts, if it is indeed a UTI or other infection?
