Syphilis chancre questions

Would be very grateful for some answers  / information on a few questions I have about syphilis chancres.

1. Would a syphilis chancre start like a small red pimple?

2. Would a syphilis chancre disappear and reappear 10-12 weeks later in the same place?

Thank you.

Thanks for that again.
I think the rash under the armpits is for using a different deodorant. You just get worried reading stuff on the Internet after having the sores on my foreskin. Which I'm not sure about could be from excessive masturbstion?
I know to get definitely answers should get myself checked out.

Should not be itchy and most common place is hands and soles of feet.

Thank you for that. Also do you know if a syphilis rash would just appear under both armpits, and be sore / itchy?

1) Not sure how it starts off but the canker after a little bit does not look good at all.
