TPHA ++?

I've been treated for syphilis last 2008. this 2012 i decided to go abroad and i passed the interview then proceed to medical, unfortunately i've been traced to be tpha positive, what am i going to do next.?

not likely it's a newly acquired infection for you. discuss with your provider what steps you need to take to fill out the proper paper work to go abroad.

i cant recall my previous result, but my current result is 1.160, is this infectious or do i have to be injected again? thanks!...

do you recall the exact result?

some folks do stay positive for a lifetime. the way we determine if it's a newly acquired infection again with syphilis is through serial testing and comparing the values of the results.
