Tested negative for chlamydia twice but still having symptoms?

So I had chlamydia and got the call on February 14, I really had a great valentine’s day. I immediately took 1g of azrythromicin and thought I was good, no more chlamydia right? No not right. I started getting symptoms about 12 days later, went back to the doctor, got tested again and to “ease my mind” she gave me more azrythromicin. The test came back positive but since I took the azrythromicin she said not to come back for at least a month. I wasn’t going to until the burning returned in a much more painful way, tons of yellow discharge cramping in my stomach, painful sharp pelvic pains the whole 9 yards. So I go back, test again, don’t have a yeast infection or uti, and test positive. She gives me 7 days of doxycycline and two weeks later I test negative. I was so happy but my symptoms didn’t stop, they were better, but continued. I tested again because what if it was a false neg (unlikely I know) and I test negative again!! I was genuinely so happy, but the itching persisisted and persisted along with burning urination and heavy discharge. I got tested again somewhere else Friday, hoping it’s another negative but if so what’s wrong with me? I have a healthy pH and no uti and tested neg for all other stis. Also I had sex with a guy with a conform because I thought I was good, I gave him brief oral and he performed oral on me as well, and he rubbed the head of his penis on my genitals  (tmi i’m sorry) but we used a condom during sex. What are his chances of getting chlamydia if I still have it?

Hi Using the condom prevents the passing of Chlamydia and its not known to be passed by oral sex.

Jokes on you Dave I got throat chlamydia
Okay, well that's not necessary. Even some of the best experts in the field don't think chlamydia can be transmitted by oral, but we've seen a few cases on this forum recently. I'm sorry this has happened to you.
