Testicle pain after oral sex

If I have sex, I use a condom. Every time.  However, I occasionally receive oral sex and it's always unprotected. 3 weeks ago I received oral sex from a girl who said she was clean. I only last about 2 minutes, it was over.  4 days later I noticed a rugburn type mark on my penis.  Looks exactly like penile psoriasis when I google it.  Doesn't hurt, doesn't itch.  I then began to have a slight burn in my urethra. Not when I urinate, but just casually throughout the day.  And sometimes when I ejaculate.  Not bad, but a little.  I've had some discomfort in my lower back off and on, and some discomfort in my abdomen off and on.  I also have some fairly painful pain and swelling in my testicles.  Not always at the same time, but they both hurt.  I've had this pain for 2 weeks and it's more on, than off.  The swelling comes and goes, but mostly off.  I've been taking 500 mg of cipro-something that a dr gave me for what he thought was a UTI.  I did not show him the rugburn as it had started to fade and I wasn't concerned anymore.  I've been taking the cipro for 6 days.  Also, I had a shot of penicillin as I had strep throat at the same time as the perceived UTI.  That's a lot of strong meds in my body for a week, yet I still have urethra pain and testicle pain.  As you can imagine, I'm terrified that I picked up an STD from my 2 minute BJ.  Although I received other BJ's from girls in the weeks earlier.  Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Whte puss discharge and burning while urinating are std symptoms. maybe your testicle pain is from an injury from the BJ banging her chin on them.

Well I have no puss discharge, no blood, no discoloration. But I do have a slight burn after I urinate, periodically throughout the day, and testicle pain fairly often.

I want to add, I don't have any other symptoms.  No abnormal discharge, no abnormal color, no blisters.
