Testing Needed?

A few months ago I had a stupid 1 night encounter that I deeply regret, unprotected oral and protected vaginal.  I stopped the when condom started slipping and I don't think there was any contact without it.   About 3 days after encounter I started having testicle pain, and urge to constantly urinate.  Went to DR 7 days after exposure and was prescribed doxy twice daily for 10 day.  Symptoms subsided and he thought it was mostly anxiety, which I was, and still am under extreme anxiety.  Close to 3 weeks after exposure and I decided to go for testing at different location and urine screen for chlamydia and gonn were neg, also blood test for hiv, hsv1 and hsv2 (igg) were negative.  I haven't seen any lesions either.  Knowing it hadn't been long enough time for the antibody tests I went back 7 1/2 weeks post exposure and repeated hiv, hsv1, and hsv2 all were negative.

Around 4 weeks after taking doxy I started noticing random stinging sensations in the tip of penis and mild abdominal pain around naval.  Nurse Practicioner thought they were from over examining myself (which I do probably 15 times daily) or too much daily alcohol consumption but took a urine sample and found a small trace of WBC.  Took Cipro twice daily for 3 days and returned for follow up 7 days later and urine was normal.  Last night I masterbated and today I noticed a small amount of milky discharge (almost like semen) after heavy straining during bowel movement .  There has been no other discharge or pain on urination at all since encounter and I have not had unprotected sex since enounter.

1. Do you recommend further testing or treatment for the sudden discharge and random stinging in penis tip?  I tested negative for gonn/chalm 2 weeks after original treatment.

2. Could this discharge be from the strain of the bowel movement mixed with left over semen from last night?

3. Should I retest for hsv1, hsv2, and hiv since now its 3 months past exposure or is the test at 7 1/2 weeks good with no lesions present?

4. I stored the doxy in dash of car do you think the heat would've reduced it's effectiveness?
