Has anyone felt Hundreds of bugs moving in groin after std and antibiotics?

Has anyone experienced a feeling of hundreds of bugs moving around in the scrotum/perenium area after taking antibiotics for treating an std?

This happened to me the night I took azithromycin and rocephin to treat chlamydia. I didn't think much of this feeling at the time as I thought it was the antibiotics taking effect, but now that I think about it, this is a very unusual sensation (feeling of tingling and thousands of bugs moving around in my perineum area)  that I can't recall reading from anyone else. I remember pressing on my perineum while this was happening and remember it feeling almost good. I went to bed and it was gone when I woke up but I had pain in my penis head for about a week or so...this feeling was real and it wasn't something that was in my head... 100% positive.

Is there anybody that had this experience? What could this mean when u have thousands of bugs moving around in ur perineum area after taking antibiotics for chlamydia?
