Tiny bumps on penis

I few days ago I noticed I had three tiny (and I mean TINY) white/flesh-colored bumps right below the head of my penis. I'm uncircumcised so I take good care to clean my penis; I noticed it while rubbing soap onto my penis. The bumps are not connected and do not hurt. They are the same color as that of a kind of wart you'd get on your hand. I haven't noticed any growth in the bumps or any other bumps emerging, I have no other symptoms, and my fiance is clean of STDs. Also, she and I have been together for almost a year and neither of us have had sex with anyone else during that time. I don't think it's an STD, but I would like to have an expert opinion. If need be, I will take a picture of them and submit, however, I'm not sure my camera will be able to pick them up, that's how small they are.

Thank you, for your time and help.

To me it seems like genital warts and I have visited other sites and they say they look like warts with a fleshy kind of color and are a std but as far as I got to they do not cause any problems and a doctor can give u medicine for them to go away faster. But there is no known Way to get rid of them forever

You would have to see a Dr. Bumps can be many things often not a STD but no one here can give you an indication because they can be so many different things.
