What could this be?

I have a small patch of about 7 redish small bumps on my left side between my penis and thigh, on the inner side.  I have always got what looks like an ingrown hair or pimple on my pelvic region once in a while but not this many small ones in one spot.  They do not itch, and are not painful at all.  Ive read some things online and this doesnt seem to be any type of std but what do I know?  I am in a monogamous relationship with my girlfriend. The last person before her was about two months ago.  Does this sound like anything std related?  Or is it just some acne/irritated skin?  Thank you for any help.

you need to go and be seen . this could be many things going on and it'll take a proper exam to get started.
