So what's up Selle? You're obsessed with the STD questions on here. Yes it can be spread by sexual contact along with sharing damp/wet clothing or towels that comes in contact with the vagina. Vulva to Vulva transmission is also possible.  Its particularly more troublesome for women than men. However woman can spread Trich to men who penetrate them, and who can carry it in their urethra's and then spread it to other women. It causes a lot of inflamation, itching, and discomfort.

First off, Trich is a protozoan. Not a bacteria. From what I've read online, Trich isn't found in the mouth or the rectum. But I agree with StillHurting. Unprotected anal sex followed by unprotected vaginal sex can transmit bacteria to the vagina and potentially cause some kind of form of bacterial vaginosis.

The only way to transmit Trichomonas is to get it from someone who already has it.  However, having anal sex and then vaginal sex can transmit some types of bacteria from the rectum to the vagina, which can cause infections.

By the way, is annal sex once a year?  Just kidding.
