Two boils/blisters on right bum cheek?

I woke up few days ago with pain on my right bum cheek, saw that a small bit of skin was kind of peeled off. Dismissed it until the next day when few cms below there, I saw a blister/abcess/boil (?). It's tender to touch, not itchy at all (I did not even feel these two blisters forming), and there seems to be some water inside (not puss, I think). It's now kinda turning black and the area around is darkening. (It kinda basically looks like a burn blister.)

I am a virgin to the extreme. Haven't even kissed anyone yet so I can rule out herpes, I assume? Besides, the blister is non-itchy. However, I did have another type of herpes-like symptoms few months back where the corner of my lips cracked and had small cluster of spots on my upper lip. But, that was some kind of vitamin deficiency symptom because as soon I took my vitamin pills, it went away.

Basically, I am panicking about these two blisters I got. Any ideas what it could be?

Only reason I brought up herpes is because I know type 1 isn't sexually transmitted...so, could it be herpes type 1?
