Chlamydia in penis.. possible to reinfect penis by giving oral sex to a woman?

I was given Azithromycin and Doxycycline for Chlamydia in my penis.
I waited 5 days and 4 hours and provided oral sex to (licking vagina), since my symptoms went away. Having looked around more it seems like 7 days was actually the right amount.

If I was re-infected by providing oral sex(if she had chlamydia), would I develop systems in my penis? Or would it be my throat? Or Both? How likely is it to have re-infected? Or infected someone?

Thank you to anyone who answers.

It would be in the throat but unlikely to happen. Giving oral sex to women has close to zero risk for STDs.
