UTI or STD?

Going to be submitting a urine sample ASAP, but until then I thought I'd try my chances here.

Recently I've been experiencing pain when passing urine (Male), typically at the start, and end of urination. During urination there is no pain at all. The pain is mainly at the base of the penis, inside of course. And a slight burning sensation on the tip. I am occasionally getting a small discharge after urination, which is a darker shade, and cloudy. (Drinking alot of water has been helping to reduce the pain, so the urine is clear. After urinating though, the 'discharge' when the pain starts to occur is a mild yellow, and is cloudy, and possibly slightly thicker, not sure about that though. Occasionally a spot of blood - Not alot though. Have also noticed small white, soft particles in the urine.). I am also frequently urinating.
I seem to have a loss of appetite too.

I have not participated in unprotected sex.

I've been looking at the symptoms of Gono / Chlam / UTI, all of which seem to be similar and am therefore unsure of which I may be facing. Which would you think seeing the above symptoms?

Also, when producing a urine sample, would it matter from which part of urination I gave a sample? Eg beginning or end of urinating.

Cheers in advance.

This sounds like prostate to me.  If your doctor thinks you need antibiotics, then yes, he will prescribe them before the results come back.

UPDATE:

Submitted a urine sample Yesterday.
Since the last post, symptoms have changed / got worse.
Urethra now feels swollen, and the ability to urinate has lessened. During which after urination or inbetween there has been some puss / blood being passed. This is kind of pointing me towards a UTI, but I'll definately be heading to see the doctor tomorrow morning. Pain has increased marginally too.
Should I still be able to obtain the Antibiotics before the sample has been cultured? Results should be obtainable through phone (atleast, the doctor should be able to call, right?).
Obviously I'm pretty worried.

When giving a urine sample for stds, its best to give the first part of the urine stream.

I also agree about the prostate check.

I think a Prostate check would be in order
