Ok about 3 weeks ago I had unprotected see with a new partner. I woke up in the am with a very full bladder and pain in my bladder as well because it was a heavy night of drinking. Well after that I had pains in my bladder as well as my lower back. I was urinating alot. Couldn't empty bladder and dribbling alot as well. I felt some pressure in between my rectum and anus. Well it went away for about 4 days  and now it's back poor urine stream peeing alot. And now even stinging in the head of my penis and feels like some itching. I have no discharge at all and has never burned while urinating maybe after urinating burned A little. I was diagnosed with some form of herpes 4 years ago and never really had any breakouts or really know what they are. Do you have any answers for me. Was hoping it is not a new std. Thanks e

Ok this afternoon around one I went to the bathroom and urinated and right after I finished with no burning or hurting a clear discharge came out the tip of my penis. It looked and smelled like precum, consistency as well. Would this be because of the prostate or std? Thanks

I made a Dr apt for next week so I will discuss prostate with Dr first. So you think it's not an std? I will also get Dr to check for std as well. I guess that heavy night of drinking brought this back on.

Your doctor said you had an enlarged prostate at 20 and this is what should be checked out first. Without a white penis discharge, there is no urethra infection as that is the most common area to get one. You have a prostate issue. Yes drinking can affect it and cause reoccuring prostitus but you need to get to the bottom of the prostate issue.

Not that I am aware of. When this does happen it always feels like a bladder or kidney infection and in this case an std. When it flared up again I drank alcohol and it brought all those symptoms back.

Yes the prostate surly can cause this obstruction as well as the full groin feeling. Your very young to have it enlarged at 20 years of age and if you did not take your doc advise and have it checked since then dont put it off. Normally men dont have a PSA test till around 45 but may be in  your best interest to have it done. Its a simple blood test and let us know. Do you have any prostate issues in your family tree?

I am 34 years old. I've also had prostate checked when I was in 20 s and urologist said it was enlarged then to keep an eye on the symptoms. I do get this weird pressure feeling in between my scrotum and anus. I worked out yesterday and I could feel it then. I am also a very nervous person when it comes to things like this. I'm sure we all are.

Hi, symptoms like you describe could be from an inflamed prostate. Your urethra travels through it and is the one thing in that area that could obstruct urine flow. Have your prostate checked. By the way what age are you.
