Unknown itching STD or not

Hi I have an itch all over my body for the last 4 days almost immediately after I had sexual inercourse 4 days ago  also which alarms me. I dont have any rashes or liasons and it is not confined to any place and it is not intensive, I have gone to a doctor they took a blood test he told me I was ok and it was just an allergy. Is it possible I have contracted a virus or STD with similar sypmtoms I have checked and all std seem to take at least a couple of days before there are any syptoms showing. The temperature here in Saudi Arabia doesnt help as it is 45 degrees +. Can anyone offer advice or suggestions. Thanks

No, 12 hours is not enough time for a STD to show either.
