Please please help can't take any more

So,  I've read all the stuff on here about handjobs being zero risk.
The problem I have is that I also have psoriasis down there. No known cuts etc.,  but after a few weeks where I had a mutual hand job I have a real burning pain in my left testicle. Went to gp and got antibiotic and went away. 2 weeks later and it's back. Got same antibiotic.  Didn't clear up with that but went away after 3 weeks.
Iys come back again and totally paranoid i have an std. I'm in the UK and loads of sites say there may be a risk.
I have no discharge and no discomfort whilst peeing. I do have some ha now and again despite cleaning well. But think.that's psoriasis related.
The epididymis isn't tender and ball isn't swollen
Can someone please put my mind at rest?
Also apologies if typing is poor can't see the whole box on my phone.
