Red spots/rashes/blisters on penis

Yesterday while having unprotected sex with my girlfriend for 2 months, suddenly lot of scattered bright red spots or rashes appeared on my penis head. I didnt feel any pain or anything but when I applied soap to wash my penis, I felt some burning sensation. I initially thought that I might have ruptured some vein or something and these will go away. I have applied some antiseptic ointment but these have not disappeared yet.

I had gone to urgent care immediately after the incident and have given blood and urine samples for various tests. One thing that the Dr there told me was that the WBC count in my urine was 5 and that was high as per her. I am still waiting for the reports and am getting worried. I didnt have fever or headache or anything. I dont feel itch or pain. I am attaching the pic that I took just at the time of incident. I am really worried. Is it herpes or some permanent condition ???? Please help!!!
