Herpes, Std, Yeast infection, or just vaginal tear

This past week my vagina and bum has been continuously itchy. Then my clitourious looked like it had a cut on it and was very painful. Towards the end of the week the pain and itchyness slowed down but when I wiped near the end of my vagina and bum there was little dots of blood on the toilet paper. Didn’t happen again until today I used the restroom and there was blood in my stool and a little on the toilet paper. So I took a shower and looked down there and took a pic. I saw 7 little cuts at the end of my vagina that hurt and look red so maybe that’s where the blood came from but doesn’t explain the blood in my stool. I tried google but there’s no definite answer. Please help
