Unprotected oral, protected vaginal and condom issue.

Hello. I'm a 31 year old male from Malaysia and I'll be the first to admit that I visit massage that offers happy endings frequently, but such services I've gotten are usually hand-jobs, ***-jobs and a blow-job once (this was 3 weeks ago, the blow-job was brief, didn't last 30 seconds from what I remember and so far, I've had no discharge or sores/lesions). I'm not that worried about those encounters, as I was tested negative about 2 months ago and such exposures are said to be relatively safe.

However, a few days ago, I saw a new massage parlor at the same area I frequently go to and I was curious, so I decided to have a look. Turns out it's a brothel disguised as a massage parlor which offers full-package sex. Now, I know this is the part I should have turned down and left the place, but my urges took control and I decided to go for it. To make a long story short, I was given unprotected oral and had protected vaginal with her (the place provided condoms), and she helped me shower before and after the session. But here's my main concern;

Before putting on the condom, she gave me a brief oral to use her saliva as lubricant. After a few minutes of protected vaginal, she removed my condom to give me oral, after which, she put on the same condom back on (I'm not too sure if it was reversed, most probably not, just a small possibility) and went back to having vaginal, but stopped after a few seconds (it might have slipped) and said we need a new condom, which she put on me and we continued the vaginal till the end.

Take note this is my first time having vaginal sex, protected, but my main concern is her putting the same condom on me the possibility of it slightly slipping in her vagina. I have read various questions which is similar to mine, but I thought I should ask for myself if there are potential risks of HIV or any other STIs/STDs, as I plan to have a check-up at about the 6th week mark. Thanks.
