Dots near vagina - what is going on?

I have developed 4 dots near my vagina/between my vagina and my butt right on my panty line. They are clustered symmetrically, 2 on the left side and 2 on the right side. They look exactly the same on both sides. The bumps are raised and they are not itchy. They don't hurt unless I put a lot of pressure on them. There is no puss inside and they do not burst. They resemble photos online of herpes or yeast infection rash and I am very nervous. Other than the dots, there aren't really any symptoms except for itching which I can't tell is real or if I am making myself feel itchy. I had sex last weekend 7 times with a partner I've engaged in sex with before. However, this time we were camping and it was very hot and sweaty and we didn't take a shower or anything in between the times we had sex. We sweat a lot. We used a latex condom every single time. Four days ago, I had sex again with a different partner, once again with a condom. I do not recall if I felt these symptoms before I had sex with the second partner, but the dots appeared the morning after I had sex with the second person, so I'm assuming it was caused by the first interaction. I'm nervous I have an STD so I arranged an appointment to get it screened, but I really can't find anything that looks like what I have online - just 4 oddly symmetrical bumps right at 5 and 7 o'clock below my vagina. There is some extra discharge, and a couple weeks ago I was on antibotics for a UTI, and I get UTI's quite frequently.
