Vaginitis with genital warts!?! Help me Doctors!!!

I need your help Dr. Downing!!!! Or any gynecologist!!!!!!! Im a 22 year old sexual active female. I went to the emergency room last night. I went in because i had a burning and swollen vagina because it was burning it was also itchy. I am on antibiotics because i went to a doctor who told me i had a uti. Im on macrobid but before that i was on amoxicillian. I went to the emergency room and the doctor checked my vagina and took a swab and said it looks like a yeast infection but It also looks like genital warts. I was shocked! I have had all my hpv shots and i dont know how i would get them my boyfriend of two years doesnt have them. Before i get my period i will sometimes get tiny papercut like cuts on the inside of my vagina lips. My vagina will also get really dry and my wax lady has told me twice that my vaginal skin is really thin. I was on gianvi perscribed for my horrible cramps that i get. The gianvi didnt help with mu painful cramps like the gyne said. So i stopped taking them. Idk what to do i a always havung yeast infections as well but never with warts. Im scared because the doctos discharged me and told me to go see my gyne for a biopsy. I called to make an appointment this morning and shes retired!  Please help me!!!
