Urgent

Hello All. Really scared. Had sex with a street lady about a week ago and completely scared. It started with a condom but ended up rubbing against her....without a condom and then penetrated but lasted only 5 seconds before i ejaculated and got out. Dont know what got into me. Had a headache for about two days during the week and just dont know what am going to do. Moreover am in a foreign country so i fear to go and check. And waiting three months for an HIV/AIDS check seems like eternity. What do i do.

"Exhausted a lot" would rarely if ever be the only symptom of any STD, including HIV.

If you are specifically concerned about HIV, enough time has passed for a definitive DUO (4th generation) test, which is conclusive at 4 weeks or more after the last exposure. I would think this would be available at some clinics in Kigali.

Am in Rwanda right now. Dont know what to expect but no symptoms yet except that i feel exhausted alot these days and i have been told that can also be a symptom. Really abit impatient but still too early to check so really panicking.

Even unprotected, and even with the highest risk partners, the large majority of sexual exposures don't result in any infection. Your symptoms certianly don't sound like those of any STD.

If you remain worried, get professional care. What country are you in? Even in developing countries, it usually is pretty easy to find expert care for possible STD exposures. And it should be especially easy in any industrized country.
