Urinalysis normal could there still be a std

Thanks...I had a unrelated doctors appointment which required me to take a rapid   Urinalysis( not a std culture) and every thing came back negative no sign of Leukocytes or nitrites...nurse said no sign of infection....could I have  chlamydia or gonorrhea  At this point and it not show?

It is unlikely u have any infection. However, urinalysis is not the diagnostic tools for chlamydia and gonorrhea.
