Urine and Blood test results

I recently had my urine and blood tested for symptoms I am having that may not related to an STD. I do have an occasional itch and tingle in my penis which the doctor knows about but it was supposedly testing for maybe a kidney stone or bladder infection I am assuming. He did a bunch of tests on my blood, around 15 he said and (not sure what tests exactly) not sure what be tested my urine for but all the tests came back negative.

I know these weren't STD tests specifically but does a negative result or nothing abnormal showing at all mean I don't have an STD detected through at least urine?

Can these symptoms if STD related (I plan on going to get tested for them specifically soon) just pop up after years? I been in a relationship(assuming we were both faithful which I am and pretty positive she is as well) for over 5 years. Far as I know she hasn't had or complained about symptoms. Doesn't make sense to me to be an STD but there is that chance I guess

It's clear. I think I might of been a hint of white but 99% clear if not always. I can't say it's only present while I'm active (at work or walking, pretty much any time I'm not at rest) but it's definitely at its worst at those times. Also, I seem to have to milk it out at times but I have had spots on my underwear.

Doctors seem to be more concerned with other symptoms... stomach discomfort and nausea. But I made it clear I was concerned about the discharge. I also had an itch and tingling feeling around the time the discharge first was noticed but those feelings have seen died down, although not completely gone.

I also went to a urologist during the same time frame which took a urine sample, again no signs of an infection found. Both times I complained about discharge. Not sure if they specifically tested for STDs but I didn't know I had to say test for it, when I was complaining about an STD symptom. I guess short of going to an STD clinic, I'm gonna be left unsure. Just thought it might of been routine to test for that given what I was complaining about.

I get that about the blood test, I can just throw that away in terms of STD detection.

But nothing was found in the urine, how different is a STD specific test going to be? I was looking my results online and it says being positive for certain things might indicate an infection that could be an STD, it was negative.

Hi testing for std,s is down by a urine or swab for things like Gono and chlamydia and a blood test for herpes. Random testing as your mentining without being specific is no value for your concerns. you need to ask the doctor what he tested for.
