Validity of Online Tests

Hello, it's been 7 months since I received oral sex from a women and I went in her 1 second seriously (unprotected) until she pushed me away. I have had no symptoms for 7 months. But 1 month ago I couldn't handle the stress and I got tested from an online source that sent me to Labcorp. I urinated in the cup and I called back 2 days later to get negative results for both Gonnoreha(misspelled) and Chlamydia

How accurate and valid are these tests online that are confidential. I know Labcorp is legitimate. But, don't they have to be physicians and have to be strict with the way they run their practice? Should I still worry with these negative results and no symptoms? My girlfriend who I cheated on has yeast infection like symptoms. She's very itchy and I'm worried I gave her something.

How often are false negatives?

I answered this in the chlamydia forum.

No need for multiple posts in different forums.

I don't care if the docs are running the tests. I know Labcorp is legit. I talking about the company that ordered the test for me.

The website company that I used probably gave me correct results then right? It wouldn't be advantageous for them to give me incorrect results right?

In addition, can I get the results from the lab themselves?

Why does it take a doctor to check a box that says - run a std test?  Anytime you use a lab they have to adhere to strict guidelines.  the doctor's don't have anything to do with the labs nowadays.

Your gf needs to go be seen by her own provider and get tested to find out what is going on with her.
