Very Unsure!!

On wednesday I had a sexual encounter with a woman I knew. I use protection but foolingly took oral which I examined her gum line for sores nothing. Anyway almost directly after sex my groin became very itchy and after 12 hours it broke out into red rashy area with bumps and white headed pimples. No bumps appeared on my genitals or penis just on my thighs near pubic region. I immediately considered herpes so I went to the doctor "He couldn't diagnose it" but he gave me Cephalexin antibiotics. I think it could be folliculitas, A allergic reaction, or Abnormal herpes.

I read the symptoms of herpes and I have no blisters or ulcers forming. No painful urination and only 3-4 White head pimples.

I itch but my Anti Bact soap cools that it isn't spreading and only my thighs itch. I am scared to know but this is bizarre.   Ps. I used a condom lubricated with nonoxynol 9 for the first time but wouldn't my hands have a allergic reaction? And my reasons for possible folliculitas is because skin2skin was high.

Hopefully it isn't a STD it appeared 12hours after sex it hasn't spread and it looks to be calming down. Just worried because its been 5days and hasn't cleared or to soon?

Non-9 causes reactions in something like 88% of people.  Most experts don't even recommend using it anymore because of that.

Stop using the anti-bact soap on your genitals.  That could be killing of good bacteria and causing this as well.

No STD shows up immediately after sex. I think your Doctor has the right diagnosis. I recommend that you continue his care plan. Take care.
