Very concerned!!

Hello! I have recently began having sex again with multiple partners. It is usually unprotected, but I'm usually trustworthy of my partners before intercourse without condoms. I have not slept with very many people, and have discharge, but this is not the part I am worried about. I recently found white bumps on the opening of my vagina. I got diagonosed with a yeast infection recently. Could these be part of that? They do not hurt or itch or anything. I take good care of myself otherwise, but I have been very concerned as to what this is. I have looked at multiple pics of different stds, and to me it doesnt look like any of them! But please help!!!

This I know, I am just concerned as to what it could be. They tell me a yeast infection, but I don't know.

Trustworthy without testing is why STD spread. Use condoms, get tested and see a Dr. Bumps can be many things.

I also noticed its very white around where these bumps are. They are very small. I just recently had a pap done but these symtoms have came after. I have an appt on Monday with my ob, but I am very scared. Everything Ive read though just points to a yeast infection really, but I am still concerned. I am only 24 years old.
