WELL ID LIKE TO ASK WAT DO U THINK CAN TAKE THESE SPOTS OF MY PENIS.I WENT TO THE DOCTOR GOT TESTED FOR ANT STD AND HIV AND THANK GOD EVERYTHING CAME OUT OK.BUT I HAVE LITTLE WHITE SPOTS( LOOKS LIKE WHITEHEADS OR PIMPLES) UNDER THE HEAD AND ON MY PENIS WHERE THE HEAD CONNECTS.IT LOOKS LIKE WHITE CHEESE IT DOESENT ITCH OR BURN OR WHEN I TRIED TO POP IT,IT DIDNT POP.MY DOCTOR GAVE ME PILLS AND A ANTI FUNGAL CREAM DIDNT WORK.AND SHE SEND ME A LETTER SAYIN IT WAS DYSURIA.BUT I DONT HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS  VERY OFTEN, WHEN I PEE IT TINGLES,BUT THATS ALL,ALSO CAN IT BE CANTAGOUS IF I HAVE SEX?.IVE ONLY HAD SEX 1 TIME IT INVOLVED MORE ORAL THAN REAL SEX,I CHECKED THE GIRLS MOUTH MADE SHOUR SHE DIDNT HAVE HERPES AND NO SIGNS OF IT  .AND AM NOT GONNA LIKE I GET REALLY HORNY SOME TIMES,AND MASTURBATE BUT I DONT COME CUZ I STOP CAN TAT BE IT?? THanK you doc ones again.i did  show my doctor and she wanted to send me to a urology clinic.but i didnt go.am goin to a free clinic right here by my house is that ok? ANd thank u so much for your help.beacuse of these spots i cant even focus in school or play soccer rite.So there not bad  thats good..I will inform you when i get the info on wat they are when i come back from the clinic.Once agian thank you

No, but since you are so concerned, why don't you let your doctor check it out or go to an std clinic?

They are totally normal, and most men have them.  Some are just more pronounced than others, but you don't need to do anything.  They aren't contagious at all - its just part of your body.

You might try increasing your water intake to at least a few glasses each day.

THANK U FOR THE INFO IT LOOKS EXACTLY  LIKE PPP OR fordyce spots.they dont hurt or anything there just there.ARE they bad? or countagious? how can i get rid of them?.Also i do drink about a cup of water a day should i take more.Am not having any symptoms at all........

Dysuria is pain with urination, and has nothing to do with bumps.  Google pearly penile papules and fordyce spots and see if either of those fit your symptoms.

Why aren't you ejaculating when you masturbate?  I don't think that's causing your pain, but try ejaculating and see if that helps.  Also make sure you are drinking plenty of water.
