I think I received a false negative for an STD urine test by not urinating enough?

It is possible to receive a false negative for STD's such as chlamydia and gonorrhea by not urinating enough? The doctor seemed pretty unprofessional and rude. He kept telling me that I definitely don't have any STD's, even though he knew I barely urinated into the cup. The amount was so low.

What was your encounter you are worried about?

How long after the encounter did you have your testing done?

did you fill the cup up at least 1/4 of the way?

I was infected with NGU and chlamydia from unprotected oral from a sex worker.

I filled the cup at least 1/4 of the way. I was tested about a week after I was exposed.
