What STD do I have?

Hi

I had an unprotected sex in a bar last May 06,  I started feeling soreness  on my urethral tube around May 22.  I check by white underwear every morning.there are no discharge whether yellowish or milky  The opening of my penis does not stick to my brief. My urination is not painful, nor does I feel a burning sensation when urinating.  I sometimes feel an tingling or a dampness in the tip of penis, which might be due to to left over urine.  My testicle are not swollen or painfull.  I took 2 gram Azithromycin as a precaution on May 29 evening.  Its already June 4 , although I think the soreness has subsided , i can still fell an occasional soreness in my urethral tube.

I forgot to add that I do feel the urge to urinate every now and then, even if flow is not much. As of today June 5, I can still feel some soreness on the urethral tube, in the shaft of my penis.  The soreness are usually absent in the morning, but are more pronounce in the late afternoon or evening.  Does spicy food or alcohol has any effect on the soreness? Cause for the last 2 days I have eaten some spicy foods and drank alcohol.

This does not sound like a STD...see a Dr if concerned.
