What STDs can one get in swallowing Vaginal Fluids and Golden Shower?

Hello Doctor,

I recently visited a domatrix about 15 days back and during the session, I did swallow a good amount of her urine and her vaginal fluids. I also did perform a very brief oral on her. This is my only sexual encounter for the past 9 months and otherwise I am healthy and never engage in anything risky. I did ask her if she was clean and she assured me. Since the visit, I have had a tingling sensation in the back of my throat and a constant but very dull pain, similar to the one that you get when you are overcome with guilt (except that I know it is not that feeling) It does get more prominent sometimes but otherwise there is no phlegm or any visible signs of white patches or anything. Long story short, I visited the STD clinic specifically for Throat gonorrhea culture 5 days back and they did perform HIV test (though it might not have any benefit for this encounter). I am still awaiting their result
Gonorrhea/Chlamydia Urine & Gonorrhea Culture Pharyngeal. The physician at the clinic said that this activity does not possess STI/STD risk and in his experience for about 5 years he has not got a positive result on a heterosexual male performing cunnilingus or swallowing vaginal fluid. He would not even recommend me to be tested for the throat suggesting that it probably is a regular viral infection attributed to the change in climate, but then agreed on my insistence. I did research on previously answered questions and other websites and the primary concern is of gonorrhea/chlamydia, but there is also a slight chance of other STDs including HIV.

My first question is very specific on the tests performed by the STC clinic. How effective and conclusive is this test to diagnose gonorrhea? If it is undetected and not treated, will I pass this to anyone else in the future?

My second question is with these particular symptoms within the timeframe of my encounter (15 days), is there any other STD's which needs to be checked for?

P.S, I am 33 yr old and I do smoke and chew tobacco for the past 10 yrs. Also in my personal experience, the odds are really stacked against me.

Hi Vance2335,

My results came negative but my symptoms still persist.

Oral gonorrhea often clears within 6 weeks if left untreated. The test is conclusive when you have it done.

I see no major concern for STD's from the above encounter.

Additional info. The clinic however refused to test for herpes.
