Red patches on penis head and eyes with red veins

Hi, I had unprotected blowjob from a sex worker about 3 weeks ago, I didn't ejaculate and she was at it for around 6-7mins. 2 days ago, when I looked at the head of my penis, there was a red patch, this morning when I woke up, the head of my penis felt itchy, when I looked at it again, the red patches seems to be more here and there, I washed my penis with water and dried it with a tissue paper and the itch stopped, later in the afternoon when I looked at it again, I could see that part of my penis head looks raised, it's like there's a jagged line separating the raised part and the normal part like a divider.

Also a few days after my encounter with the sex worker, when I was peeing, water from my penis shot up into my right eye. I used eyedrops on that eye to try and wash it out but 2 days ago my right eye became red and I can see the veins on it, it feel like something is in it sometimes and my eyes feel dry extremely dry. I tried using eyesdrops but it's still red. Are these symptoms of herpes or some other std?
