I think i may have syphilis ?

So i had an encounter with a csw about 3 months ago and i got tested at about 2 months and came out negative for everything but im still kind of stressed out because ive had 2 painless sores on my lip and i feel like it could've been syphilis but i got tested when they disappeared and it came out negative , is that enough time to be sure ?

Most people will test positive by 6 weeks, but it can take up to 90 days. Since you've had what may be syphilis sores, test again now to be sure.

One more thing i forgot to mention is that the sores appeard on my lips and at differnt times and during my encounter i didnt use my mouth for anything at all so idont know if it would still be possible i may have got oral syphilis
If you didn't use your mouth, even kissing, chances are this isn't syphilis. How long have the sores lasted (how long does each one last), and how long after the encounter did the sores appear?

A syphilis sore will last about 2 weeks, at least, and will take about 10 to 90 days to appear, but the average is 3 weeks.
Yeah i didnt use my mouth at all and everything i did was protected and the first sore appeared about 2 weeks after and left in about a week and the second one showed up a week after that one and it left in about a week and a half . ive had cold sores before which i thought thats what it was but they were always painful and these weren't which is what worries me
The only way you'll know for sure is to test, but this doesn't sound like syphilis at all, and if you didn't kiss or do anything else with your mouth, you couldn't have gotten it on your mouth from this encounter. Test if you need to put your mind at ease, but I wouldn't think syphilis from this.
So do you think i should test again or should my negative test at 2 months be reliable ? Thank you for your time
I don't think you need to, and I wouldn't if it were me, but if you need to for peace of mind, go for it.
