What are my risks from analingus?

Hello all, I just asked this question in the HIV Prevention forum because I performed analingus on a woman and noticed that I had a cut on my lip from chapped lips. This encounter happened on Saturday night/sunday morning. The expert on the other forum assured my I was fine from HIV, then I got to thinking about what my other STI concerns would be. I gave my doctor a call and he said to be more careful and not to worry and he prescribed me 1000mg of zpack. He said a patient was waiting on him so i couldn't ask him all the questions I wanted to ask. So What are my risks for this encounter? Would my lip being split open increase the risk? And will the antibiotic he prescribed me take care of this? Thanks you.

*UPDATE*
The tip of my tongue has been feeling raw and it looks discolored. I think that I have a yeast infection. Is this possible from unprotected oral?

So my doctor hasn't gotten back to me about some extra questions. Maybe someone can help me out here. If I was to take the 1000mg of zpack would I not need to worry about syphilis gono or chlamidya?

Not necessarily.  I would test again,  those bugs especially gonorrhea are becoming antibiotic resistant and they can linger even after a treatment.

Another possible exposure is hpv, which transmits from skin to skin contact,  especially when there is open skin. There are different types of hpv, some have unknown effects in the body,  some cause warts,  and some can lead to cancers. I got infected with oral warts from giving unprotected oral.  I did not see any visible warts when I did this,  but I did have a cut on my lip.
My hiv, syphilis and herpes 1 and 2 tests were negative after the exposure.

Theoretically there is risk of syphilis in the case that lady had the typical lesions that this infection causes on the skin. Same regarding herpes.

You can test as follows:
-Syphilis, 6 weeks after the encounter, and if you get it negative, repeat it 3 months after the exposure, as there are people tha take longer to show a positive result.
-Herpes,3 months after he encounter.

You were exposed to rectal fluids, which can lead you to get intestinal parasites, like Giardia, which could cause gastroenteritis.

All the best.

Would my doctors prescribing of the 1000 mg azithromycin take care of any of those if I were to take it now?
