Sharing a drink/straw

Hello,

I shared a drink with someone from the same straw. Considering this person's saliva came in contact with my bleeding gums and if there was any blood present or something, is there any risk for transmitted diseases? Which ones would pose a risk in my case? Would you recommend me to get tested for anything?
