What causes pus filled bumps inside and outside of the vagina ?

For the last few months I have been getting these bumps both on the inner lips as well as on the outside of my vagina.  After a bit, they will pop and are full of pus and sometimes blood. They don't itch and usually only hurt when you push down on them like a pimple. They come in waves where I don't have any for a bit, then get 6. I just don't know what it is because it's not just in one place. I'll get them on the top of the vagina closer to my stomach, nowhere near the opening and then I'll get one on a vaginal lip or by my clit. I went to planned parenthood awhile back and they tested me but nobody said what it was, just that it wasn't herpes.  Can someone give advice?

That's a relief except I get them in places that don't have hair growing as well.  That's the scary part.  It's like pimples in the lip of my vagina.   I'll definitely try the soaphone though and see. Thanks!

Hi, i agree its not herpes as are clear liquid and painful not puss filled. And its not a symptom of any std but maybe infected hair folicles from sweat and bactera. Trying using some antibacteral soap and loose fitting undies like mens boxer short so the area can air out and heal.
