Is it Syphilis ?

I had unprotected oral sex with a woman around 4 years ago .( Only first & last time )

After that I had fistula in anus , which was surgically removed .

Then after few months of that I had diarrhea & stool incontinence for 1 year . Then for last 1 1/2 years I have numbness in legs , feet & pain in groin , Lumber back pain.

Could it be syphilis ?

MRI of spine is normal.

But my B12 level is 150 .

Is numbness in legs due to syphilis ? Or is it B12 deficiency .As symptoms are same .

Blood test is not normal & shows B12 deficiency .

But is the anus fistula & Numbness in legs due to syphilis ?

I am getting weak day by day & I feel headache also .

PL. Help . I am 40 yo male .

Hi, firstly if you contracted syphilis 4 years ago you have brain damage by now and possible dead if left untreated.
Secondly to get syphilis from oral sex, the fishre would be on your penis shaft as it appears at point of contact.
Thirdly her having oral syphilis is rare as its amost always genital area.
So syphilis is not the issue for your symptoms.
