What combination of antibiotics to use to cure my resistant case of chlamydia

3 months ago I had unprotected sex with a girl who had chlamydia( tested negative for everything else). I went to a walk in clinic and I was first treated with a small dose of azithromycin (2 pills). This treatment  completely failed and my symptoms persisted. I tested positive for chlamydia again 3 weeks later this time a different doctor treated me with a larger dose of azithromycine (4 pills).  my symptoms stoped for 5 days but came back. So again 3 weeks later I went to my family doctor and tested positive for chlamydia so I was treated with doxycycline (2 pills per day for 5). My symptoms still persisted but eased off a little (less dripping and burning) so 4 days after I completed my treatment my family doctor prescribed me levoquin (1 pill per day for 21 days). I'm currently on my 7th day and the symptoms have come back stronger. Note that I have not been sexually active for the last 3 months so I have not re-infected my self. Also I'm not drinking and taking the antibiotics as instructed. The doctors seem to not know what to do. I've been told to go see a urologist but unfortunately don't have time because I leave my country (Canada) in 2 weeks.
