What could this be please help?

I awoke yesterday morning to my vagina being itchy (near the back close to my anus) and dry (all) I didn't think anything of this as I have had this in the past and the sensation goes away, but last when at work I went to the toilet and noticed a very small amount of blood in my normal discharge I had this also one day last week only at night, I also noticed at that point in time just about/above my clitourous a very very small black dot like a bruise/blood blister so when I got home I am very worried and I try looking for any more abnormalities and I am not sure if I found 3little bumps ( all slightly different sizes butt all small) or if they are always there, one is one the left side and two are on the right side of the out side lips on both,  they are flesh coloured raised ever so slightly not sore not itchy just normal looking skin. when you pull the skin tight they go away I think it's an std and iam stressing out and worried i didnt sleep last night because iam that worried, the itching sensation has been on and off all day when i think about it it becomes itchy,

I removed your 3 other posts since they were all the same. please read our read before posting post on the forum for the guidelines for posting here :)

bottom line is you need to be seen today or tomorrow and get a proper exam done. discuss with your provider your recent sexual history and decide together what std testing you need done as well as get tested for yeast and bacterial infections vaginally.

no more poking and prodding either - that just irritates the skin even more!
