What is it

First off im am a 33 year old man, 4 months ago I was with a woman and she gave me about 30 seconds of oral then we proceeded to try and have sex but due to excessive drinking I only managed to insert about 1" of a less than semi erect penis inside for about a min. After that we gave up and continued with our night. 2 weeks later I started noticing a very slight burn when I urinated and a warm sensation on my genitals so I made a doctors appt and at week 3 got tested for gonnorrea, chlamydia and herpes. All test came back negative but Dr. said there was trace amounts of white blood cells in my urine a gave me an antibiotic for uti. All was well after that then 3 month after that (last week) I had food poisoning and threw up and diarhea for 2 straight days followed by massive dehydration soon after started noticing pain in sides and the same burning when I pee except this time I'm having discharge, so my question is since I haven't had any sexual encounters since my negative tests could this be from dehydration or where my test results wrong?

many things can cause urethral discharge besides gonorrhea and chlamydia. there are even viral causes for it which just take time to run their course.

Is the urine tests and culture pretty accurate for gon/chlamydia? Just puzzled to what this discharge is even though I tested negative oh and thank you all for you answers

herpes wouldn't cause discharge.  indeed your testing for it was done early but really no reason for testing for it from this encounter.

your gonorrhea and chlamydia testing was accurate at 2 weeks post encounter.

be seen again and get some basic urine testing done and go from there.

It's been 4 months so I will test for herpes again but would I have discharge and kidney pain with herpes with no visible sores or could I have something else?

chlamydia and Gonnorrea test result after 2 weeks is conclusive. But please   do the test  for herpes  after   2 or 3 months ..Just for peace of mind..
