What are the chances I have an STD?

About five days ago I messed around with a girl. We did not have intercourse, nor did she perform oral sex on me this night. The only thing that happened was that when we were nude our genitals did come into contact with one another and I was not wearing a condom. Like I said, there was no insertion, just contact. I'm not fully aware of her background, but I believe she told me she's only had one (possibly two) sexual partners. About six months ago, she did perform oral sex on me and nothing occurred from that incident, but this one has left me paranoid for one reason or another. So far, I haven't really had any STD symptoms (no pain while urinating, no discharge, etc), but it's still something that's in the back of my mind. The day after the incident, my penis did feel a bit funny. Almost a bit sore, as if I was too rough with it or something along those lines. It does still ache a little bit, but that tends to happen when I start thinking about about the whole situation. If my mind is elsewhere and I'm busy, it's not there or I don't notice it.

I know that it's still early in the process as far as when you start to notice symptoms, but so far there are no signs.  How worried should I be? What's the likeliness that I picked up something?

So, I awkwardly asked the girl this incident happened with if she has/has ever had an STD and she told me no, saying she was tested in August and hadn't had sex for quite awhile. She said she respected me for asking.

I guess only time will tell, but this likely means I'm fine, right? Definitely need to take better precautions next time though.

You sound pretty sure, is there any reason for that?

So far, so good. None of the classic symptoms really and I'm hoping it stays that way.
