What tests to be done by spouse for STD screening

I was diagnosed with male thrush and was given fluconazole for 3 days 400mg per day. But I had tingling sensation at my penis and went to see the dermatologist again. He said it's nothing and just gave me corticosteroids. I went for blood and urine tests. All negative for chlamydia, gonnorhea, syphilis, chancroid, HIV, HSV2.

I also have unprotected vaginal sex with my wife ... she does NOT have any symptoms. No thrush, no discharge, no pain etc. My questions are:
1. should I ask her to go for a full STD test? If so what tests?
2. or should I wait longer for some symptoms to appear and then ask her to go for a test?

I suspect this nothing to worry about. Relax and symptoms are likely to disappear. If not then it is you who must test further and in many cases it will be unrelated to an STD.
