When to test for STDs after possible exposure?

After a possible exposure, when should STDs be tested for?

Can it be done 1 day after exposure? 2 days? 3 days? 4 days or more?

Can they be detected by blood testing after 1 day?

Ok, your risk was low but here is what is possible and time and methods...gonorhea and NGU-urine or swab test 1 week. Syphilis-very low risk blood test at 6 weeks, herpes-very low risk-blood test at 3-4 months.

I see no actual reason to get tested from the exposure.
