White Discharge...

i have been sexually active with my girlfriend for a year now and we didnt have any problems like STDs or anything and we both are clean. Anyways today i was in my room doing my work when i felt like something just came out of the tip of my penis. So i checked and i saw this white stuff (like  c u m) in the tip of my penis. I kind of freaked out and thought it might be STDs or something. I havent had sex with anyone else, and im sure my gf hasn't done it either. I do get a bit of burning after i urinating the past few days but im sure thats due to me not having enough water. I barely dirnk any liquids.

I have had a sore throat for the past 3 weeks that was treated by antibiotics (although strep was negative) not sure if there is a connection but just wanted to mention. Is this anything i should be worried about? Is it normal to have a white discharge from penis every now and then? Im 19 by the way.

I have no fever, no rash, and i just did CBC blood count two days ago which was normal.

It normally happens anytime throughout the day and has no specific time table but over time would see it happen more and more.

thanks for the answer Vance
i was thinking of the same thing. we both didnt have sex with any other partners and have been together for a year now. i wasn't aroused when this happened, so i have idea what might be wrong. I will just give it few days and if it happens again i will let my doctor know.
Out of curiosity if this is a kind of STD would the discharge from penis happen once a day? few times a day? how often does it usually happen?

The discharge could be ejaculatory fluids if you were in a state of arousal. If not then it is not normal. Not sure if it is a STD, and if no one has gone outside of the relationship then it is not a STD.
Best advice is to see a Dr, could be something with the prostate, probably nothing serious since you are only 19.
