White Stain in Scrotum

Hey, I really need your help... A week ago I had sexual activity with my girlfriend, and the day after that I noticed that i had some white stains on my scrotum... I dont really know what is it but it doesnt look that bad (it doesnt hurts or anything, its just there)... I always clean myself very carefuly, so i know it's not just dirt.

This looks like it might just be dried skin or the beginning of a fungal infection (jock itch). It's definitely not a common symptom of an STD. Have you tried using a moisturizer? Make sure it does not contain any irritating ingredients. If the condition gets worse, or does not improve in the next week or so, you may want to see a doc.
