White bumps on penis

About a month ago I noticed I had developed these small white bumps just below my penis head on the underside of my penis on either side of the line of skin that connects to the head. They don't go around the head like PPP pictures seem to show. There are six or so of them. Three on each side. They were not painful, although i started putting stuff on them and the area became irritated. I did go to my Dr. and mentioned these bumps, but she just disregarded them as "Irritation" without even looking at them. I am still concerned about what they might be. They are soft bumps but you can feel them to the touch. Thanks for any advice.

Just to follow up just in case anyone has something similar. It was not an STI.

Thanks. I understand. Is there any way to get a professional opinion online?

Thanks.
Unfortunately I am on a high deductible insurance plan, so that appointment was all I can afford right now. I have filed a complaint that the Dr. made a diagnosis without doing an examination. I have also put in for a different Dr. for next time. I just want to know what this is.

It's amazingly inappropriate that your doctor didn't even examine you. However, based on your description, this doesn't sound like an STD and maybe nothing is abnormal at all. It sounds like normal skin glands. Find another doctor and get directly examined just to be sure.
