wierd bump

okay so i haven't had sex in 6 month and i noticed these really really tiny bumps on my penis head. there is only about 5 of them and they are the size of a needle tip. And i think they are normal bump . So then i grew concerned and i went to the doctors and got tested and my test came back negative.
what could they be?
i know it can't be an std so please help me find out what they are?

First, one should make sure it's not an std.

Or is it any of the following?
May be a
Sebaceous cyst?
Pearly Penile Papule?
any type of wart (example: moluscum), or any other skin infection?

Read up on it, but most of all, seek a dermatologist.

If it is a Sebaceous cyst, don't pop it. This is from wikipedia about Sebaceous cysts...
"Under no circumstances must one try to pop the cyst, as it can lead to infection of the surrounding tissue. The neck is a particularly dangerous region, due to the glands and blood vessels."

Also, this link is pretty informative if you want to find out more about the causes of Sebaceous cysts and whether you may have an infection or not.

One shouldn't pop a Pearly Penile Papule themselves I don't think....one should seek a physician about that

Just because in the info I read, they don't mention pearly papules on the head.  I haven't done a lot of research into them - they aren't stds, and they are normal - but I do think I remember reading that they can be on the head of the penis, but its not likely.

Its really a guess.

How come you feel it's not likely?

These sound like there is a possibility that they could be genital warts. There are no tests for the genital wart causing virus, HPV. You need to have a visual examination to check.

I'm not sure you can get ppp on the head of the penis, I've never heard of that before and I have them.

It might be, but the only way to know is to get a doctor to look at it.

Could be, but a good part of any std testing is an exam.  You need to have that done.

They could.  They are just glands.

Why didn't the doctor see it?
