White patches on entire back of throat

Hi, 2 months ago I had unprotected oral sex with a man, he didn't cum in my mouth. a couple of days later I had a mild sore throat, dryness etc. I looked at my throat and saw these white patches on the back of my throat. I went and got tested 10 days after exposure and was negative for everything. I was wondering if anyone knows what these patches are. they are pretty large, broken up patches that cover pretty much the whole back of my throat. The rest of my mouth (tounge etc) is normal. Just the back of my throat is worrying me. It isn't painful or anything. My throat just feels dry, and of course the patches.

Since it doesn't hurt it could be yeast or a staph.

Well if  you had a throat swab it would tell you what the irritation was. If your concerned have a swab done.
